OUR PROJECT
A High-Grade Skarn Deposit in the Sonora-Arizona Belt
Skarn
Skarn
Metamorphic Rock
A skarn deposit forms when hot, mineral-rich fluids from a nearby magma intrusion chemically alter surrounding carbonate rocks (like limestone or dolomite). This process, known as metasomatism, can concentrate valuable metals such as copper, silver, and gold.
While typically smaller in size than porphyry systems, skarns are known for their higher-grade mineralization. They often occur alongside porphyry copper deposits — notable examples include Twin Buttes (Arizona) and Bingham Canyon (Utah), where both deposit types are present in the same system.

Positioned for the Growing Copper Opportunity
The Adelita Project combines strategic location, favorable metallurgy, and expanding exploration potential.
THE ESSENTIAL METAL
Why Copper?
As global electrification accelerates and supply pressures continue to build, copper remains one of the world’s most essential and strategic metals.
From electric vehicles and renewable energy systems to modern infrastructure and expanding power grids, global demand continues to rise as new large-scale copper discoveries become increasingly difficult to find.
